One of our most favorite, iconic characters, Yoda, would advise us… “do or do not; there is no try”. With ethics, there is no trying. We simply do. We commit to behaving with the highest ethical standards and making a positive difference in everything we do. It’s at the heart of our culture, decision-making and role-modeling. Our code helps each one of us make ethical behavior a natural part of what we do every day.
Integrity and Objectivity: We act with integrity and provide honest, unbiased advice. We avoid conflicts of interest or disclose any potential conflicts to our clients. Our team members, including business partners and contractors will not allow personal interests to influence their professional judgment.
Competence and Professionalism: Our team members perform only on engagements they are qualified to handle. They stay updated on best practices and relevant knowledge in their field. We are transparent about our capabilities and limitations.
Confidentiality and Data Protection: Your information is treated as confidential and protected from unauthorized access. We do not use confidential information for personal gain or to benefit other clients without permission. Data security measures are used to protect client data. We are serious!
Transparency and Disclosure: We are transparent about fees, expenses, scope, timelines, resources, capabilities and change orders. We always provide a basis for the aforementioned. Any potential conflicts of interest or limitations on our objectivity will be disclosed. Our communications are open, honest, timely, accurate and reliable.
Responsibility and Accountability: We take responsibility for the advice we provide and the actions we take. We are accountable for the results of our engagements. We welcome your concerns or complaints.
Respect for Others: We respect the rights of our clients, colleagues, and the public. We avoid disparaging other consultants or consulting firms. We are mindful of the social and environmental impact of their work.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: We comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We will be aware of and adhere to any relevant industry standards or codes of conduct.
